What is “Animal babies”?

Animal babies is a Kindergarten science skill in the Animal Homes region of the TernQuest map — where animals live & caring for earth. It is aligned to California Common Core standard K-LS1-1. Children work through 0 grade-tagged questions at the recall level (quick recall), and Pip the tern offers a hint — never the answer — when they get stuck.

How does it unlock?

Skills on the map unlock in order: finishing the skill before this one with a mastery score of 60 or more opens animal babies. A grown-up can also assign it directly from the dashboard, and teachers can assign it to a whole class with a join code.
