Our flag

What is “Our flag”?

Our flag is a Kindergarten – 1st grade social studies skill in the Symbol Square region of the TernQuest map — our flag, symbols & holidays. It is aligned to California History-Social Science Content Standards standard K.2.1. Children work through 20 grade-tagged questions at the recall level (quick recall), and Pip the tern offers a hint — never the answer — when they get stuck.

How does it unlock?

Skills on the map unlock in order: finishing the skill before this one with a mastery score of 60 or more opens our flag. A grown-up can also assign it directly from the dashboard, and teachers can assign it to a whole class with a join code.
