What is “Holidays”?

Holidays is a Kindergarten social studies skill in the Symbol Square region of the TernQuest map — our flag, symbols & holidays. It is aligned to California Common Core standard 1.3.2. Children work through 0 grade-tagged questions at the apply level (applying the idea), and Pip the tern offers a hint — never the answer — when they get stuck.

How does it unlock?

Skills on the map unlock in order: finishing the skill before this one with a mastery score of 60 or more opens holidays. A grown-up can also assign it directly from the dashboard, and teachers can assign it to a whole class with a join code.
