What is “Fix the order”?

Fix the order is a Kindergarten coding skill in the Step by Step region of the TernQuest map — first, next, last — steps in order. It is aligned to California Common Core standard 1A-AP-14. Children work through 0 grade-tagged questions at the reason level (reasoning it through), and Pip the tern offers a hint — never the answer — when they get stuck.

How does it unlock?

Skills on the map unlock in order: finishing the skill before this one with a mastery score of 60 or more opens fix the order. A grown-up can also assign it directly from the dashboard, and teachers can assign it to a whole class with a join code.
