What is “Count to 120”?

Count to 120 is a 1st grade – 2nd grade math skill in the Number Trail region of the TernQuest map — count to 120, compare numbers, jump by tens & read charts. It is aligned to California Common Core State Standards standard 1.NBT.1. Children work through 24 grade-tagged questions at the recall level (quick recall), and Pip the tern offers a hint — never the answer — when they get stuck.

How does it unlock?

Skills on the map unlock in order: finishing the skill before this one with a mastery score of 60 or more opens count to 120. A grown-up can also assign it directly from the dashboard, and teachers can assign it to a whole class with a join code.
