Who is The River Scouts for?

The River Scouts is written for 2nd grade – 4th grade listeners: 10 pages, read aloud with each word highlighted as it is spoken, so early readers can follow along. It is one of TernQuest's narrated picture books — all free, all in the browser, with no ads.
