What is an algorithm? is a 3rd grade coding skill in the Algorithms I region of the TernQuest map — clear steps a robot could follow. It is aligned to CSTA K-12 Computer Science Standards standard 1B-AP-08. Children work through 20 grade-tagged questions at the recall level (quick recall), and Pip the tern offers a hint — never the answer — when they get stuck.

How does it unlock?
