Two characters, one story
Practise two characters, one story in TernQuest →What is “Two characters, one story”?
Two characters, one story is a 5th grade reading skill in the Evidence Island region of the TernQuest map — quote it, prove it, infer it. It is aligned to California Common Core standard RL.5.3. Children work through 24 grade-tagged questions at the reason level (reasoning it through), and Pip the tern offers a hint — never the answer — when they get stuck.
How does it unlock?
Skills on the map unlock in order: finishing the skill before this one with a mastery score of 60 or more opens two characters, one story. A grown-up can also assign it directly from the dashboard, and teachers can assign it to a whole class with a join code.
