Sky sort is a Kindergarten – 1st grade science skill in the Sky Patterns region of the TernQuest map — day, night & the changing sky. It is aligned to Next Generation Science Standards standard 1-ESS1-1. Children work through 20 grade-tagged questions at the apply level (applying the idea), and Pip the tern offers a hint — never the answer — when they get stuck.
How does it unlock?
Skills on the map unlock in order: finishing the skill before this one with a mastery score of 60 or more opens sky sort. A grown-up can also assign it directly from the dashboard, and teachers can assign it to a whole class with a join code.
