A country doubles is a 5th grade social studies skill in the Westward Trail region of the TernQuest map — purchase, expedition, canal & trail. It is aligned to California Common Core standard 5.8.1. Children work through 20 grade-tagged questions at the recall level (quick recall), and Pip the tern offers a hint — never the answer — when they get stuck.
How does it unlock?
Skills on the map unlock in order: finishing the skill before this one with a mastery score of 60 or more opens a country doubles. A grown-up can also assign it directly from the dashboard, and teachers can assign it to a whole class with a join code.
